The Saddle Brook Senior Center is available for Saddle Brook residents 55 years and older from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. everyday.
The senior bus is available for doctor’s visits from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday (subject to certain restrictions). Food shopping on Thursday at A&P or Shop-rite. All shopping requests must be called in by Monday of that week.
ACTIVITIES AT THE CENTER:
MONDAYS: Line Dancing @ 10:15 p.m.
TUESDAYS: Exercise class @10:15 a.m.; Senior Citizens Club Meeting @ 1: p.m.
WEDNESDAYS: Bingo @ 1:00 p.m. (Please arrive by 12:45 p.m.)
THURSDAYS: Exercise class @ 10:15 a.m.; Happy Stitchers meet @ 1:00 p.m. (Donations of yarn are appreciated and can be dropped off at the Center).
FRIDAYS: Bingo @ 1:00 p.m. (Please arrive by 12:45 p.m.)
Along with the activities, visitors may browse through books and spend quite time reading, play a game of pool, shuffleboard or bring your friends and play cards and chat. The coffee and cookies are free.

The Saddle Brook Senior Club meets on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Center, 8 Caldwell Avenue, Saddle Brook.
Saddle Brook Senior Citizens Club invites Saddle Brook residents age 55 and older (spouse is automatically eligible) to its meetings.
